We are involved in an ongoing eradication programme to eradicate invasive sycamore species from the West Harbour hill slopes. We have facilitated awareness of the Sycamore problem in Dunedin for over 10 years. It is one of the only exotic tree species which will displace native forests and destroy biodiversity values.
